What are Gentle Gatherings?
Gentle Gatherings are pre-wedding private party events which bring a blend of mindfulness, crystals, tarot and blessings to your bride or to-be-wed.
Perfect for alternative hen parties, holistic hen parties, and alternative stag parties, Gentle Gatherings are grounding, intentional, and peaceful circle events which create connection, calm, and a feeling of magic for your wedding party.
Beginning and closing with guided mindfulness meditation, Gentle Gatherings provide a space to celebrate your important milestone with crystals, tarot, oracle card pulls, intention setting, and beautiful blessing rituals, allowing the to-be-wed(s) and their wedding party to spend some quality time together, curating a sense of peace, and strengthening their connection.
Each Gentle Gathering includes a blessing ritual - with a choice of a crystal blessing, a flower blessing, or a manifestation jar; each is a beautiful, intention-filled practice to bring good energy to the bride(s) or to-be-wed(s) and the wedding planning experience.
Gentle Gatherings lasts for 90 minutes and prices start at £300 (see pricing below).

What happens during Gentle Gatherings?
1. Your beautiful centrepiece is created
During a Gentle Gathering, guests sit in a circle (on the floor or on chairs/sofas are both perfect) around a beautiful centrepiece crafted from crystals, flowers, candles, oracle cards and other beautiful things! As your host, and circle facilitator, I arrive 30 minutes before we are due to begin, to cleanse the space and set up your centrepiece.
2. Everyone gets comfortable
Guests gather in a circle, either on the floor or on chairs/sofas, ready to begin. I would always encourage guests to bring anything which will make them feel extra cosy, such as cushions, blankets, meditation mats, cosy socks, comfy fleeces etc. There is no need for any specialist equipment, just things that will add to your comfort for the duration of the circle.
3. Each guest chooses a crystal
Guests choose a crystal from a crystal lucky dip - the meaning of each crystal is explained, and guests can keep their crystal with them to support them with their practices, before taking it home.
4. We begin with a guided mindfulness meditation
Each circle opens with a guided mindfulness meditation practice, to ground everyone into the space, to help guests to feel present, and to begin to consider what intentions they would like to set during the session.
5. We move into intention setting
Each guest then considers what intentions they would like to set for the near future, and we move into an intention setting ritual and sharing session.
6. We bless the bride / to-be-wed
Next we hold a blessing ritual to manifest blessings, well wishes and positive energy for the bride / to-be-wed. As part of personalising your Gentle Gathering experience, you can choose either a crystal blessing, a flower blessing or a manifestation jar, and the bride / to-be-wed will get to keep the crystals, flowers, or manifestation jar that has been created for them in the session.
7. We pull tarot and/or oracle cards
Each guest is invited to pull a tarot card or oracle card for advice on their current situation.
8. We close with guided mindfulness meditation
We sit together for a closing meditation practice, which combines reflection and Metta for the bride/to-be-wed, before wishing each other well and closing the circle.
9. Optional extras:
If you would like your Gentle Gathering to be a longer event, you have to option to add: A vision board workshop and/or 3-card tarot readings for each person. Depending on the number of guests, optional extra activities will last for around 60 minutes.
Pricing:
£300 for a Gentle Gathering of 10 or fewer people
£30 per person for additional guests
£12 per person for optional extra activities
Travel is included within a 50 mile radius of Stalybridge (Greater Manchester) - additional travel is charged at 45p/mile.
A £150 deposit is required to secure the date of your Gentle Gathering, and the remainder of the total is due 30 days before your event.
