♥︎ An introductory planning meeting to get to know you, your story, and what you want (and don’t want) from your ceremony.

♥︎  A welcome pack with some little goodies (including essential crystals for wedding planning and a cute hand-made notebook) and vow writing tips. 

♥︎ Access to the 'To-be-weds Area' and the Wedding Ceremony Guide which includes:

- Different wedding rituals, and information about their history and meaning

- Example vows and promises

- Certificate templates

- Mindfulness tips and practices

♥︎ A bespoke ceremony which feels authentic for you, including personalised rituals and any spiritual beliefs that you many have, in a way which feels comfortable and cosy - this could include a handfasting, a crystal ceremony, and so much more - your options are endless!

♥︎ A second meeting to go through the first draft of your ceremony, and discuss any changes that you would like to make (changes can be made as many times as you want).

♥︎ Online vow-writing sessions, which can be taken together, or individually for those of you planning on keeping your promises secret until the day.

♥︎ Regular check-ins before your special day (via Email or WhatsApp) to make sure that everything is exactly how you picture it.

♥︎ Assistance in making your ceremony accessible for yourself and your guests – this might include reworking rituals or cultural traditions or ensuring a perfect, seamless experience for Disabled couples and guests, and people who require tailored assistance.

♥︎ A venue or location visit by me, to check everything is in order before the day. 

♥︎ A run-through or final check-in, depending on what type of ceremony you have decided to go for.

♥︎ Both digital and printed copies of your story, as included in the ceremony.

If you need a helpful human, with experience in event planning and management, to make sure everything flows and runs smoothly after your ceremony is over, I’ve got you.

My post-ceremony support package provides assistance with all of the little things to make your day run smoothly and seamlessly - but those things are different for each wedding, so we will have an additional planning meeting to talk through the bespoke support you need on your day.

Support could include:

♥︎ Introducing you at your meal or 'wedding breakfast'

♥︎ Keeping your guests informed about what is happening next, and announcing when it is time to move on to the next space/activity

♥︎ Gathering the loved ones needed for your photos

♥︎ Announcing your first dance, and encouraging people to join in at the right time

♥︎ Leading games

♥︎ Getting your guests involved in activities

♥︎ Liaising with venue staff on the day, to make sure that all of your things are in the right places and everything is taken care of
